We take great care in crafting personalised and printed books with love, precision,
and high‑quality materials. Because each order is created specifically for your child,
our refund and cancellation policies are designed to ensure fairness and clarity.
1. No Refunds on Personalised or Printed Books
- All purchases made on grandpastories.com are final.
- We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Personalised books are printed exactly as per the details submitted by the buyer.
- We cannot cancel, modify, or refund personalised orders after payment.
2. Responsibility for Personalisation Details
- The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the child’s name, spelling, address, and other details are correct.
- grandpastories.com is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the buyer.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
- If a book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided.
- Replacements are issued at our discretion after reviewing the evidence.
- Refunds are not provided even in case of damage; only replacements may be offered.
4. Incorrect Delivery Address
- If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, grandpastories.com is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries.
- Refunds will not be issued for orders undelivered due to incorrect address details.
5. Digital Content
- Access to digital stories and other digital content is included as part of your subscription or account.
- Payments for all Digital content are non‑refundable once accessed.
- Payments made for subscription of Digital content are non‑refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by
the authorised user, but any active subscription will remain active for its whole tenure.
To quote an example: If you have a monthly subscription and you decide to cancel it in the present month,say April, the
subscription shall remain active till the end of the said month and shall be cancelled from the next month, in this example that would be May.
However it must be noted that the payment made for, in this example, the month of April will NOT be refunded.
