• Delivery timelines may be longer for remote, rural, or disturbed regions.
• We deliver only to locations where India Post provides service.
• International delivery is not available at this time.

2. Personalisation Details

• The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the child’s name, address, and other details are entered correctly.
• Granpa.in is not responsible for spelling mistakes or incorrect information provided by the buyer.
• Personalised books are printed exactly as the details are submitted.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All purchases are final.
• We do not offer refunds once an order is placed.
• Personalised books cannot be cancelled or modified after payment.

4. Product Quality

• Each book is printed with care using high‑quality materials.
• If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Replacement decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.

• Copying, redistributing, or reproducing story content without permission is prohibited.

6. Payment & Security

• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• Granpa.in does not store your card or banking details.
